fa خوانش چهارچوب مفهومی شهر هوشمند بر پایه سیستم آبرسانی در شهر قزوین معماری و شهرسازی Architecture and Urbanism كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span><span style="line-height:94%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">شهر همچون تجلیگاه تمدن بشری، همواره مورد نگرش ایده پردازان علوم مختلف بوده است</span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">. </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">در اغلب شهرهای پیشرفته دنیا، توسعه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات را از طریق برنامه های جامع در قالب شهرهای هوشمند دنبال می نمایند. </span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">شهرنشینی جهانی و افزایش تقاضای آب، مدیریت کارآمد منابع آب را حیاتی می کند</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> باتوجه به بحران آب آشامیدنی سالم و پایدار که یکی از مسائل بسیار مهم پیش روی انسان ها می باشد، شبکه هوشمند آبرسانی به‌ عنوان یکی‌ از زیرساختهای‌ ششگانه‌ شهرهوشمند می تواند نقش مهمی در حل این بحران ایفا نماید. شهرهای هوشمند آب</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">از فناوری های پیشرفته برای مدیریت کارآمد و حفظ چرخه آب شهری، تقویت پایداری و بهبود کیفیت زندگی ساکنان استفاده می کنند.</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:94%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل و بررسی مفهومی شهر هوشمند و نقش و ارتباط آن با شبکه آبرسانی شهر قزوین است. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">این پژوهش ازحیث هدف، کاربردی است و از نظر نوع داده ها، کیفی و بر پایه پارادایم تفسیرگرایی می باشد، در این پژوهش از رویکرد مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا (تم)</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> که یک روش معتبر، در استخراج و تحلیل و تصحیح چندباره داده‌ها می باشد</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> استفاده شد، به این منظور با 14 نفر از صاحب نظران و خبرگان دانش شهری در شهرداری و شرکت آب و فاضلاب شهر قزوین مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته برگزار و مفهوم شهر هوشمند و نقش شبکه های آبرسانی در آن احصاء گردید بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، در نهایت 8 مضمون (محتوا یا تم) اصلی </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">بر اهمیت همکاری، نقش داده‌ها، مشارکت شهروندان، پایداری، فناوری و ارزیابی مداوم در طرح‌های موفق شهر هوشمند تأکید داشته </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">و اذعان می دارد که هوشمندسازی شبکه های آبرسانی شهری به عنوان یکی از زیرسامانه ها و زیرساختهای مهم شهری، گام مهم و موثر در نیل به شهرهای هوشمند پایدار است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The city, as a manifestation of human civilization, has always been viewed by the idea makers of different sciences. In most advanced cities of the world, they follow the development of information and communication technology through comprehensive programs in the form of smart cities. Global urbanization and the increase in water demand make the efficient management of water resources vital. Considering the crisis of safe and sustainable drinking water, which is one of the most important issues facing humans, the smart water supply network as one of the six infrastructures of the smart city can play an important role. to play a role in solving this crisis. Smart water cities use advanced technologies to efficiently manage and maintain the urban water cycle, fostering sustainability and improving the quality of life for residents. The purpose of this research is to analyze and investigate the concept of smart city and its role and relationship with urban water supply networks.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In this research, a qualitative method and an approach based on theme analysis, which is a reliable method, was used in extracting, analyzing and correcting data multiple times, for this purpose, with 14 experts and urban knowledge experts in the municipality and water and sewage company. The city of Qazvin held a semi-structured interview and the concept of a smart city and the role of water supply networks were analyzed in it. Based on the findings of the research, finally, 8 main themes on the importance of cooperation, the role of data, citizens&#39; participation, sustainability, technology and continuous evaluation in successful city plans.
