fa از فضای عمومی تا فضای خصوصی:تاثیر سرمایه داری برالگوی شهری در جهان امروز جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;">خصوصی‌سازی فضاهای عمومی شهری در چارچوب گسترش سرمایه‌داری نئولیبرال، دسترسی شهروندان به فضا و تحقق &laquo;حق به شهر&raquo; را با چالش‌هایی مواجه کرده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر نظام‌های اقتصادی و مدیریتی بر فضاهای عمومی و حق به شهر، با استفاده از روش تطبیقی، چهار شهر لندن، نیویورک، سئول و تهران را بررسی می‌کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در لندن و نیویورک، گسترش رویکردهای نئولیبرالی موجب شکل‌گیری فضاهای شبه‌خصوصی و محدودتر شدن دسترسی عمومی شده است. در سئول، تداوم نقش دولت محلی در مدیریت فضاهای عمومی، ضمن حفظ کنترل عمومی، می‌تواند محدودیت‌هایی برای آزادی اجتماعی ایجاد کند. در تهران نیز غلبه سرمایه‌داری دولتی و سیاست‌های رانتی به تغییرات نامتوازن فضایی و کاهش کیفیت فضاهای عمومی انجامیده است. نتایج بر ضرورت ایجاد تعادل میان توسعه اقتصادی و حقوق شهروندی از طریق شفافیت در مدیریت و خصوصی‌سازی، تقویت نظارت عمومی و افزایش نقش جامعه مدنی تأکید دارد</span></b><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">.</span></b><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Calibri&quot;,sans-serif">The privatization of urban public spaces within the framework of the expansion of neoliberal capitalism has posed significant challenges to citizens&rsquo; access to space and the realization of the &ldquo;right to the city.&rdquo; This study examines the effects of economic and managerial systems on public spaces and the right to the city through a comparative analysis of four cities: London, New York, Seoul, and Tehran. The findings indicate that in London and New York, the expansion of neoliberal approaches has contributed to the emergence of quasi-private spaces and restricted public access. In Seoul, the continued role of local government in managing public spaces, while maintaining public control, may impose certain limitations on social freedom. In Tehran, the dominance of state capitalism and rent-seeking policies has resulted in uneven spatial transformations and a decline in the quality of public spaces.
