Housing policies, first of all, express the attitudes, ideals, and political beliefs of governments; It also reflects the real desire to improve the quality of the low-income classes. The purpose of this study is to review housing policies after the revolution and to study private sector investment between 2011 and 2016. This type of research is of a descriptive and analytical type, the data of which have been collected using library documentary sources. According to the results, post-revolutionary programs of land and housing supply at regional prices and controlling the trend of increasing land prices, increasing durable buildings according to areas in need of improvement and renovation of worn-out structures, social housing and ... the smell and shape ‌ The phenomenon of land speculation and commodification of land and housing are these programs. With the help of the issued building permit data, the research results show that private sector investment in 1390 in Qazvin is the first rank in private sector investment, and in 1395 in Hamedan is in the first rank that these conditions This indicates that investment in the middle cities is higher than in other areas.
