fa تحلیل و بررسی سیاست‌های مسکن شهری بعد از انقلاب اسلامی با تأکید بر بخش خصوصی جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">سیاسـت&shy;های مسـکن، قبل از هر چیز بیانگر نگرش&shy;ها آرمان‌ها و باورهای سـیاسـی دولت‌هاست؛ و همین طور منعکس کننده خواســـت واقعی در جهت بهبود کیفی طبقات کم درآمد اســـت. هدف این پژوهش بررسی سیاست&shy;های مسکن بعد از انقلاب و بررسی سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در دوره 1390 تا 1395 می&shy;باشد. این نوع پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی است که با استفاده از منابع اسنادی کتابخانه&shy;ای داده&shy;های آن جمع آوری شده است. طبق نتایج یافته&shy;ها برنامه&shy;های بعد از انقلاب عرضه زمین و مسکن با قیمت&shy;های منطقه&shy;ای و کنترل روند افزایش قیمت زمین، افزایش ساختمان&shy;های با دوام توجه به مناطق نیازمند بهسازی و نوسازی بافت&shy;های فرسوده، مسکن اجتماعی و... بو و شکل‌گیری پدیده سوداگری زمین و کالایی شدن زمین و مسکن این برنامه&shy;ها می&shy;باشد.</span> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">به کمک داده&shy;های پروانه&shy;های ساختمانی صادر شده نتایج تحقیق نشان‌دهنده این است که سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در سال 1390 شهر قزوین به عنوان رتبه اول در سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی می&shy;باشد و در سال 1395 شهر همدان در رتبه اول قرار گرفته که این شرایط نشان‌دهنده این است که سرمایه‌گذاری در شهرهای میانی بیشتر از سایر مناطق است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> Housing policies, first of all, express the attitudes, ideals, and political beliefs of governments; It also reflects the real desire to improve the quality of the low-income classes.
