fa مکان های سوم شهری و پایداری اجتماعی مناطق شهر اصفهان The urban third Places and Social Sustainability of Isfahan city areas جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research مکانهای سوم به عنوان محل اجتماع؛ توسط تعامل اجتماعی و شبکه ها شکل میگیرند و میتوانند در تعیین الگوهای انسجام و مشارکت در نهادها و فرآیندهای اجتماعی تأثیر بسزایی داشته باشند؛ که پذیرای اجتماعات مختلفی به دور از محیط خانه و کار میباشند. مقاله حاظر به لحاظ هدف توسعه ای کاربردی و از لحاظ روششناسی توصیفی-تحلیلی مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانهای و بررسیهای میدانی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه ساکنان شهر اصفهان میباشند، که به صورت هدفنمد تعداد 374 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین شدند. با توجه به مبانی نظری شاخصهای 8 گانه مکانهای سوم شامل(پویایی و سرزندگی، آسایش و امنیت، دسترسی، دعوت کنندگی،  انعطافپذیری، عملکرد، معنا و محتوا ،فرم)، و شاخصهای 6 گانه پایداری اجتماعی(تعامل اجتماعی، امنیت اجتماعی، عدالت اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی،حستعلق اجتماعی و هویت اجتماعی) استخراج شد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مکانهای سوم در پایداری اجتماعی مناطق شهری اصفهان؛ و کشف روند الگو جهت طبقهبندی مؤلفه های پایداری اجتماعی و نقش مکانهای سوم بر آنها با استفاده از روش دیمتل به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل و رتبهندی عوامل علی و معلولی با رویکرد آینده پژوهی میباشد، نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل  علی و معلولی دیمتل نشان میدهد که پویایی و سرزندگی و انعطافپذیری، اصلیترین و تأثیرگذارترین عوامل در افزایش پایداری اجتماعی شهر اصفهان هستند. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که، با توجه به درهم آمیزی مؤلفهها و شاخصهای مفهوم مکانسوم با ابعاد مختلف شهر، نقش آن بر جوانب مختلف پایداری از جمله پایداری اجتماعی انکارناپذیر میباشد و  در خصوص مناطق شهری اصفهان به خوبی قابل استناد میباشد.   The cognition of the future intelligently accompanied with rapid developments of the society are the two main foundations of planning processes. The current applied research is descriptive-analytic based on library research as well as a field study in terms of methodology.347 participants were purposively selected as the sample from all residents in the city of Isfahan as the statistical population of the research. To achieve the objectives of the research, the eight indicators of third places (accessibility, inviting, dynamism and vitality, comfort and security, flexibility, performance, form, meaning and content) and the six indicators of social sustainability (social security, social interaction, social justice, social participation, sense of social belonging and social identity) were extracted. This research aims to explore the role of third places in social sustainability in the urban districts of the city of Isfahan and to study its significant dimensions and components. DEMATEL method was used to analyze and rank cause and effect factors in discovering the trend of the pattern for the classification of sustainability components and the role of third places. The results of the cause and effect analysis through DEMATEL show that dynamism and vitality, and flexibility are the main and the most influential factors in increasing the social sustainability in Isfahan.
