fa تدوین سناریو های توسعه شهر شاندیز با تأکید بر نظریه شهر اکولوژیک در افق 1410 آینده پژوهی Futurology كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">ضعف زیرساخت&rlm;های لازم برای ایجاد شهرهای اکولوژیک در کشورهای در حال توسعه از یک طرف و عدم اطمینان ناشی از مشکلات محیطی، پیش&rlm;بینی آینده را با مشکل مواجه کرده است به گونه&rlm;ای که برنامه&rlm;ریزی سنتی دیگر قادر به پاسخگویی نیست. ولی می&rlm;توان از روش سناریونویسی در جهت پیش&rlm;بینی آینده و تبیین جایگزین&rlm;های ممکن در شرایط متفاوت استفاده کرد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر&nbsp; با هدف توسعه سناریو های محتمل در شکل گیری شهراکولوژیک در شهر شاندیز ستاره گردشگری استان خراسان رضوی، و ارائه راهبرد هایی در جهت رسیدن به شهر اکولوژیک در افق 1410 است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> روش پژوهش بر اساس روش ماتریس سناریو می باشد.</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">برای رسیدن به این هدف 6 گام اصلی سناریو نویسی دنبال شد که در این راستا مطالعات کمی و کیفی صورت گرفت. در ابتدا در قالب پرسشنامه ( در دو بعد درجه تاثیر گذاری و عدم قطعیت) از 24 نفر از متخصصین در <span style="color:black">حوزه شهر اکولوژیک</span> در مشهد نظر خواهی شد و به وسیله آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی نظیر</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:115%">Friedman</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> عوامل موثر اولویت بندی&nbsp; و سپس پیشرانهای بحرانی شکل دهنده سناریو ها تعیین شد و در جهت تعیین منطق سناریو ها، توسعه سناریوها، بررسی پیامدها و همچنین تعیین راهبردها با ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:115%">15</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"> نفر از متخصصین که به روش اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند مصاحبه به عمل آمد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می&rlm;دهد که سه سناریوی ستاره </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">&nbsp;گردشگری اکولوژیک، شهر گردشگری ماشین مدار ناپایدار و </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">جنگل آهن برای آینده شهر شاندیز در رابطه با شهر اکولوژیک قابل تصور است. در نهایت، راهبردهایی جهت رسیدن شهر شاندیز به سناریو مطلوب ارائه گردیده است.</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; the current research has been carried out with the aim of evaluating possible scenarios in the formation of the ecological city of Shandiz, the tourist star of Khorasan Razavi province, in the horizon of 1410. To achieve this goal, six main steps of scenario writing were followed and quantitative and qualitative studies were carried out. done. At first, in the form of a questionnaire (in two dimensions, the degree of influence and uncertainty), 24 experts in the field of ecological city were asked for their opinion. By means of descriptive and inferential statistical tests, the effective factors of prioritization and then the critical drivers that shape the scenarios were determined. In order to determine the logic of the scenarios, develop the scenarios, examine the consequences and also determine the strategies, an interview was conducted with 20 experts who were selected by the theoretical saturation method with the semi-structured interview tool. The results of the research show that the three scenarios of ecological tourism stars, the unstable orbiting machine tourism city and the Iron Forest are conceivable for the future of Shandiz city in relation to the ecological city.
