fa تحلیل عوامل اثر گذار بر رشد هوشمند شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی: شهر الیگودرز آینده پژوهی Futurology كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><span arial="" dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:">رشد فیزیکی شهرها پیامدهای مختلفی از نظر اقتصادی، کالبدی، زیست‌محیطی را به همراه دارد. در این میان، رشد هوشمند شهری به عنوان نوع توسعه مطلوب، باعث کاهش مشکلات در ابعاد مختلف می‌شود. لذا، درک و شناخت درست از گسترش شهر در شرایط کنونی و آینده برای اجرای مدیریتی کارآمد در زمینه حفاظت از محیط زیست شهری و نحوه توسعه کالبدی آن در شهر الیگودرز امری مهم و ضروری است . این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت تحلیلی و اکتشافی می باشد. مقاله حاضر با&nbsp; هدف تبیین رشد هوشمند شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی ،اجتماعی، مدیریتی، کالبدی، زیست محیطی و حمل و نقل در شهر الیگودرز تدوین شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل اثرات متقاطع نشان می دهد که شاخص پرشدگی برای روندهای موجود 98 درصد است که نشان از تأثیرگذاری بالای متغیرها بر یکدیگر می‌باشد. در بحث سناریوها نتایج نشان داد که&nbsp; جامعه شهری الیگودرز با رشد هوشمند فاصله وجود دارد چنین رویکردی باعث می شود که رشد شهری با همین منوال به توسعه و رشد خود ادامه دهد و زمینه را برای گسترش افقی شهر فراهم&nbsp; کند و باعث نابودی بیشتر زمین های کشاورزی، افزایش هزینه ساخت و ساز، افزایش درامد ناپایدار شهرداریها،گسترش فقر، حاشیه نشینی و... خواهد شد</span>.&nbsp;</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <div> <hr align="left" class="msocomoff" size="1" width="33%" ></div> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The physical growth of cities entails various economic, physical, and environmental consequences. Among these, smart urban growth, as a desirable form of development, leads to a reduction in problems across different dimensions. Therefore, a proper understanding and recognition of urban expansion in current and future conditions are crucial and necessary for efficient management in the areas of urban environmental protection and physical development, particularly in the case of Aligudarz City. This research is both practical in terms of its objectives and analytical and exploratory in nature<span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">.</span></span> The present article aims to elucidate the growth of smart cities with a future-studiesd approach in various dimensions, including economic, social, managerial, physical, environmental, and transportation aspects, specifically in Aligudarz City. The results of the analysis of cross-sectional effects indicate that the congestion index for existing trends is 98%, indicating a high influence of variables on each other. In the discussion of scenarios, the results demonstrate that there is a gap between the urban community of Aligudarz and smart growth.
