fa تبیین پیشران‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر شاخص‌های پایدار اجتماعی حمل و نقل شهری در شهر اصفهان با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی Explaining the key drivers affecting the social sustainable indicators of urban transportation in Isfahan city with a future research approach. جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">در عصر حاضر، حمل و نقل به عنوان یکی از مؤلفه های بسیار تاثیرگذار تمامی زوایای زندگی شهری را در برگرفته است، به عنوان یکی از ابزارهای بسیار مهم توسعه نقش و جایگاه خاصی یافته است. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش تحلیلی-اکتشافی است. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه و تکنیک دلفی و مطالعات اسنادی-کتابخانهای بهرهگیری شده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد از میان 20 عامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر پایداری اجتماعی حمل و نقل شهری، شهر اصفهان، 12متغیر به عنوان کلیدی و تأثیرگذار شناخته شده اند. که این متغیرها بیشترین تأثیرگذاری و کمترین تأثیرپذیری را بر آینده توسعه پایداری اجتماعی حمل ونقل شهری دارند و شامل عوامل حمایت از رفت وآمد زنان و کودکان، وجود آیین نامه های حمایتی از ایمنی اجتماعی و زیرساختها، قابلیت تأمین برای افراد معلول، حمایت از امنیت و ایمنی اقشار ناتوان و دسترسی برابر به منابع، حمایت از ارتقا و بهبود کیفیت زندگی اجتماعی، قابلیت تأمین برای اقشار کمدرآمد، دسترسی اقشار جامعه به خدمات بیمه مالی و جانی، قابلیت حمایت از امنیت و ایمنی اجتماعی، حمایت از کاهش آلایندهها، حمایت و تشویق بهره گیری از حملونقل عمومی، حمایت از اشتغال می باشند. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که با توجه به تأثیرگذاری بالای نقش عوامل حمایت از رفتوآمد زنان و کودکان، وجود آییننامههای حمایتی از ایمنی اجتماعی و زیرساختها اتخاذ سیاستهای منطقی در خصوص پایداری اجتماعی حمل و نقل شهری توسط مسئولین شهر اصفهان، میتواند جهات موفقیت و یا شکست شاخصهای پایدار اجتماعی حمل و نقل شهری، شهر اصفهان را مشخص نماید. در خاتمه برای بهبود وضع موجود راهکارهای ارائه شده که نیازمند توجه جدی مدیران و برنامه ریزان شهری می باشد.  </div>   In today's era, transportation as one of the most effective components covers all aspects of urban life, it has found a special role and position as one of the most important tools of development. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of its nature and analytical method. In order to collect data, a questionnaire and Delphi technique and document-library studies were used. The findings of the research showed that among the 20 main factors affecting the social sustainability of urban transportation in Isfahan city, 12 variables are known as key and influential. that these variables have the most influence and the least influence on the future development of social sustainability of urban transportation and include the factors of supporting the movement of women and children, the existence of supporting regulations for social security and infrastructures, the ability to provide For disabled people, support for the security and safety of disabled people and equal access to resources, support for the promotion and improvement of the quality of social life, the ability to provide for low-income groups, the access of society to financial and life insurance services, the ability to support security and safety Social, supporting the reduction of pollutants, supporting and encouraging the use of public transportation, supporting employment. The results of the research show that due to the high influence of the factors supporting the movement of women and children, the existence of social safety regulations and infrastructures, the adoption of rational policies regarding the social sustainability of urban transportation by The officials of Isfahan city can determine the directions of success or failure of sustainable social indicators of urban transportation in Isfahan city.
