fa آینده پژوهی شهری: مرور نظام مند مطالعات شهری ایران در بازه زمانی 1390-1401 Urban Future Studies a review of urban studies in Iran in the period of 2011-2023 آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">آینده پژوهی از حدود یک دهه پیش توجه پژوهشگران داخلی را به خود جلب کرده است. این دانش به دلیل عدم تعمیق آن در لایه های سیاستگذاری، برنامهریزی و تنظیمگری و فقدان زیرساختهای فکری و فرهنگی موردنیاز، هنوز به شکلی شایسته در کشور نهادینه نشده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نظاممند مطالعات داخل ایران به ارائه ابعاد و شاخصهای آینده پژوهی پرداخته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، در گروه تحقیق های کاربردی قرار دارد و از نظر نوع و ماهیت داده ها، کیفی است. پژوهشی توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و با رویکرد فرامطالعه انجام شده است. در این رویکرد ابتدا مطالعات و پژوهشهای داخلی علمی پژوهشی بررسی شده و تعداد 66 مقاله نهایی انتخاب گردید. پس ازآن اطلاعات مناسب متون با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون در قالب کدگذاریهای باز و محوری استخراج شده و به تجزیه و تحلیل و ترکیب و مقایسه یافته های کیفی میپردازد، درنهایت با استفاده از کدهای استخراج شده حاصل بررسی نظاممند مقاله های منتخب، چارچوب آینده پژوهی شهری ارائه شده است. در این چارچوب چهار رهیافت اصلی شناسایی شده است. رهیافت فرایندی و مشارکت پذیری به دنبال افزایش مشارکت و همکاری ذینفعان و ذینفوذان می باشد. رهیافت کلنگر و بلندمدت به دنبال خلق برنامه های منعطف، تاب آور و کاربردی تر و تولید دانش در برنامه بلندمدت و میان مدت است. رهیافت تصمیم گیری و برنامه ریزی جامع و منعطف به دنبال شناخت و تحلیل دقیق از محیط برنامه ریزی و در نهایت رهیافت آمادگی در برابرآینده های ممکن به دنبال درک آینده های محتمل و آمادگی بهتر برای رویارویی با آینده می باشد.</div>   Future studies have attracted the attention of domestic researchers since about a decade ago. This knowledge has not yet been properly institutionalized in the country due to the lack of deepening it in the layers of policy-making, planning, and regulation and the lack of the necessary intellectual and cultural infrastructure, unlike developed countries, its importance and necessity have not been realized. This research aims to review Iranian researchers' studies and identify future studies' indicators. In terms of the type and nature of this research, it is qualitative. It is descriptive and analytical research and has been carried out with a meta-study approach. In this approach, domestic studies and research were first reviewed and 66 final articles were selected. After that, these sources and research were analyzed to select appropriate information. The main information of the texts is extracted in the form of coding and combined with the qualitative findings. Finally, using the extracted codes, the framework of urban future studies is presented. In this framework, four main approaches are identified. A process approach and participatory approach seek to increase the participation and cooperation of stakeholders and advocacies. The holistic and long-term approach seeks to create flexible, resilient, and more practical programs and produce knowledge in the long-term and medium-term programs. A comprehensive and flexible decision-making and planning approach is based on detailed knowledge and analysis of the planning environment.
