fa تحلیل ساختاری پیشرانهای کلیدی موثر بر تنش های آبی در شهرهای ایران (مورد مطالعه: کلانشهر اهواز) Structural analysis of key drivers affecting water stress in Iranian cities (Study case: Ahvaz metropolis) آینده پژوهی Futurology كاربردي Applicable امروزه یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های حال و آینده به‌ویژه در مناطق خشک جهان، مسأله کم‌آبی و در مواردی بحران ‌آب است. تنش‌های آبی در سطح داخلی کشورها نیز در بین ساکنان مکان‌های روستایی و شهری نیز به چشم می‌خورد. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر تنشهای آبی در کلانشهراهواز با تکیه بر رویکرد آینده نگاری می باشد. ابتدا با دیدی سیستماتیک و ساختاری و بر پایه مبانی نظری حاصل شده و با استفاده از روش دلفی، شاخص ها و متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر تنش آبی در کلان‌شهر اهواز در ابعاد 5 گانه نهادی -  مدیریتی، طبیعی - زیست محیطی، سیاسی، اجتماعی - فرهنگی، اقتصادی و زیرساختی- کالبدی استخراج شد. پس از تدوین سناریوها، از طریق مصاحبه با متخصصین هر سناریو تفسیر و روایی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و پیامدهای هر سناریو تحلیل و تفسیر شد؛ در این راستا، در پژوهش حاضر برای شناسایی مهم ترین شاخص ها و متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر آینده های امنیت آبی کلان‌شهر اهواز در افق 1420، تعداد 72 عامل کلیدی تأثیر گذار بر تنش های آبی شناسایی شد. از میان 72 عامل کلیدی شناخته‌شده، پس از پایش (ترکیب همپوشانیها، حذف موارد بی ارتباط و مبهم و انجام اصلاحات لازم)، در نهایت 46 متغیر تأثیرگذار تنشهای آبی بر امنیت فضاهای شهری کلان‌شهر اهواز استخراج شد. از میانِ 46 عاملِ بررسی شده 16 عامل به عنوان عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر تنش های آبی ناشی از تغییر اقلیم در کلانشهر اهواز نقش عمده ای ایفا نموده و به عنوان بازیگران اصلی شناخته شدند. در نهایت، با بررسی نتایج، برای 16 عامل اصلی، 48 وضعیت احتمالی مشخص شد. در نهایت، 48 وضعیت احتمالی برای آیندۀ این کلانشهر در نظر گرفته شد که این وضعیتها طیفی از شرایط مطلوب تا بحرانی را شامل میشدند.  2 سناریوهای قوی، 4 سناریوهای با سازگاری بالا (سناریوهای باورکردنی)، 9999 سناریوهای ضعیف که سناریوهای با سازگاری بالا (تعداد 4 سناریوی فوق)، نشان‌دهنده وضعیت حاکم مؤثر بر آینده تنش های آبی ناشی از تغییر اقلیم بر امنیت فضاهای شهری بر کلانشهر اهواز میباشد. نتایج نشان میدهد 4 سناریو احتمال وقوع بیشتری بر تنشهای آبی و آیندۀ کلانشهر اهواز دارند.   Today, one of the most important challenges of the present and future, especially in the arid regions of the world, is the problem of water scarcity and in some cases water crisis. Water tensions at the internal level of the countries are also seen among the residents of rural and urban places. The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors affecting water stress in the Ahwaz metropolis, relying on the foresight approach. First, with a systematic and structural view based on theoretical foundations, and using the Delphi method, the indicators and variables affecting water stress in the metropolis of Ahvaz in the 5 dimensions of institutional-management, natural-environmental, political, social-cultural, Economic, and infrastructural-physical were extracted. After compiling the scenarios, the interpretation and validity of each scenario were examined through interviews with experts, and the consequences of each scenario were analyzed and interpreted. In this regard, in the current research to identify the most important indicators and variables affecting the future of water security in Ahvaz metropolis in the horizon of 1420, 72 key factors affecting water tensions were identified. Among the 72 known key factors, after monitoring (combining overlaps, removing unrelated and ambiguous items, and making necessary corrections), 46 influencing variables of water tensions on the security of urban spaces of the Ahvaz metropolis were extracted. Among the 46 investigated factors, 16 factors played a major role as key factors affecting water stress caused by climate change in the Ahvaz metropolis and were recognized as the main actors. Finally, 48 possible situations were considered for the future of this metropolis, which included a range of favorable to critical conditions. 2 strong scenarios, 4 scenarios with high adaptability (believable scenarios), and 9999 weak scenarios, which scenarios with high adaptability (number of the above 4 scenarios), indicate the effective ruling situation on the future of water tensions caused by climate change on the security of urban spaces in Ahvaz metropolis.
