fa آینده نگاری راهبردی برای صنعت گردشگری شهری در ایران (مورد: شهر قزوین) آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:#222222">در نظام برنامه&shy;ریزی امروز، نگاه خطی به آینده جای خود را به نگاه چندگانه به آینده&shy;های بدیل به کمک رویکردهای نوینی همچون آینده&shy;نگاری راهبردی داده است. در حوزه گردشگری نیز، استفاده از آینده&shy;نگاری راهبردی در نظام برنامه&shy;ریزی مورد توجّه قرار گرفته است. هدف این تحقیق، تدوین سناریوهای گردشگری شهر قزوین می&shy;باشد. روش کلی تحقیق، سناریونگاری است و به منظور شناسایی &quot;عوامل حیاتی&quot; از تکنیک&shy;های &quot;دلفی&quot; و &quot;تحلیل سلسله مراتبی&quot; استفاده شده است. یافته&shy;های تحقیق، بر اساس حالات مختلفِ عوامل حیاتی و بررسی اثر متقابل آنها به کمک &quot;نرم افزار سناریو ویزارد&quot;، امکان&shy;پذیری 28 سناریو دارای سازگاری درونی را نشان می&shy;دهد که پنج مورد از این سناریوها به لحاظ اثرگذاری دارای اولویت می&shy;باشند. این پژوهش</span></span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> علاوه بر داشتن جنبۀ کاربردی، می&shy;تواند به عنوان الگویی نوین برای تحقیقات آتی صنعت گردشگری شهری در ایران مطرح گردد. </span></span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""><span style="color:#222222">در انتها، توصیه&shy;های کلّی در راستای مواجهه با سناریوهای پیش رو ارایه شده است.</span></span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In today&#39;s programming, a linear look to the future has given way to a multiple look at alternative futures with the help of new approaches such as strategic foresight. In the field of tourism, the use of strategic foresight in the planning system has been considered. The purpose of this research is to develop tourism scenarios in Qazvin. The overall research method is scenario. &quot;Delphi&quot; and &quot;AHP&quot; techniques are used to identify &quot;critical factors&quot;. The research findings, based on different situations of critical factors and their interaction with the help of the &quot;Scenario Wizard software&quot;, show the possibility of 28 scenarios</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> with </span></span></span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">internal consistency, which five of these scenarios have priority in terms of effectiveness. In addition to having a functional aspect, this research can serve as a new model for the future research of the urban tourism industry in Iran.
