fa سناریوهای فراروی امنیت آب شهرهای نوبیناد از منظر آینده‎ نگاری؛ مطالعه موردی شهرجدید مِهستان Future Scenarios of Water Security in New Towns A Case Study of the New City of Mehestan. آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <a name="_Hlk145447925">از چند دهه پیش تاکنون مهاجرت به کلان‌شهرها روندی فزاینده یافته است. پیامدها و بازتاب&lrm;های این حرکتِ جمعیتی گسترده دولتها به ویژه در کشورهای توسعه نیافته را در قالب ساخت شهرهای جدید برای مدیریت این سرریز جمعیتی به تحرک واداشته است. این در حالی است که این دست شهرها ظرفیتهای محیطی به&lrm;ویژه منابع آب لازم برای جمعیت مهاجر سرازیر شده را ندارند. از این رو، امنیت آب شهرهای نوبنیاد از دغدغه&lrm;های مهم مدیریت این دست شهرهاست. شهر نوبنیاد مهستان در استان البرز چنین ویژگی&lrm;هایی دارد. مقاله حاضر که از نظر نوع پژوهش؛ کاربردی و روش حاکم بر آن، توصیفی- تحلیلی است، بر تبیین سناریوهای محتملِ فراروی امنیت آب در شهر نوبنیاد مهستان استوار است. داده‌های مورد نیاز پژوهش با روش کتابخانهای و میدانی گردآوری و با بهرهگیری از نرم‌افزار</a>های Micmac و Scenario Wizard تحلیل و بررسی شده&lrm;اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از 19 وضعیت احتمالی مربوط به پنج الگو سناریو با سازگاری قوی، وضعیت‌هایی که امنیت آب فراروی شهر نوبنیاد مهستان را در آستانه بحران بیان می‌کنند، با 84/36 درصد بیشترین وضعیت‌های احتمالی ممکن را در بر می‌گیرند. بنابراین وضعیتِ فراروی امنیت آب در شهر جدید مهستان، در آستانه بحران نمود یافته است. در این راستا،      برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای سیاست‌های مدیریت پایدار منابع آبی با استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین و تقویت زیرساخت‌های ذخیره و توزیع آب پیشنهاد شد. Since a few decades ago, migration to big cities has become an increasing trend. The consequences and reflections of this massive population movement have made governments, especially in underdeveloped countries, to move in the form of building new cities to manage this population overflow. This is despite the fact that these cities do not have the environmental capacities, especially the water resources necessary for the migrant population. Therefore, the water security of newly founded cities is one of the important concerns of the management of these cities. The newly founded city of Mehestan in Alborz province has such characteristics. The current article, which is usually applied and the methodology governing the research, is descriptive-analytical and is based on the explanation of the possible future scenarios of water security in the newly founded city of Mehestan. Library and field methods, analyzed and analyzed using Micmac, and Scenario Wizard software have collected the data required for the research. The results of the research showed that out of 19 possible situations related to five scenario models with strong compatibility, the situations that express the water security in front of the new city of Mehestan on the verge of crisis include the most possible situations with 36.84%. Therefore, the water security situation in the new city of Mehestan is on the verge of crisis.
