When We speak about vision, especially a national vision, it is not possible to distinguish time from the spatial dimension; Therefore, the ability to conceive of these strategies requires the imagination of the continuous evolution and the consequences of the sequencing of actions from the present to the future; For this purpose, having a talent that in general is called foresight intelligence, is necessary. It is necessary to have such an intelligence for formulating vision. This study, with a fundamental view of futures knowledge, tries to present the basic principles in the discussion of foresight intelligence by relying on reviewing sources and in an argumentative manner. The logical discussions in this article show foresight intelligence is an innate talent that can be experienced and taught at the same time which gives people the skills of foresight, consequentialism and alternative thinking and we can logically expect to enhance their creativity and innovation.

Local Economic Development is a result of the collaboration between the government and private sector at a local scale to achieve economic development and generate job creation platforms. Local Economic Development strategy is an approach adopted to improve the economic indicators within various countries over the past few decades. Reduction of unemployment, identification of local potentials, income growth and, as a result, reduction of poverty are major outcomes of adopting this approach. In this research, the researchers have endeavored to consider not only the main economic development indicators at a local and urban level but also the main contexts of local economic development. The research has been written according to the existing documental and statistical data. The objective of the research is practical and method used is descriptive-analytical. Software programs like SPSS and Excel have been used to analyze the data and create the database and ArcGIS program has been used to describe and process the geographic information. Based on the results of this research, the development of Bostan Abad city is connected to the extension of relationships and economic ties with the adjacent cities and villages and economic development of local markets. Thus, the economic issues of Bostan Abad city have been discussed and analyzed in addition to the analysis of the city’s macro developments. The results of the research show that Bostan Abad city has high economic potentials and capabilities in agricultural and industrial sectors. The results also show that adding to the infrastructural and environmental limitations in the local development of Bostan Abad city, there are also economical and physical limitations. According to the analysis of the research results, the strategies for the economic development of Bostan Abad city must be based on the investment priority in small-scale industrial production units in agricultural, industrial and mining sectors.

The old textures of cities, which once had a proper and coherent spatial cohesion and function, have now suffered from severe physical-spatial deficiencies following a change in living patterns and the formation of new needs. These bottlenecks and the resulting socio-economic consequences have bilaterally reduced the quality of life in the old urban fabric. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to recreate the Sartpuleh neighborhood of Sanandaj with a future research approach to achieve sustainable housing. This research is applied in terms of purpose and according to the studied components, the approach is the descriptive-analytical method. In this study, in order to consciously select the participants, purposive sampling method has been used (selection of a group of urban experts). Based on the above explanations, the statistical population of this study is 40 experts in the field of urban issues, including experts of Sanandaj Municipality (different urban areas), consulting engineers and some university professors specializing in the study area, then the data through MICMAC software were analyzed. The results of the dispersion of variables in the axis of influence and influence of factors indicate the instability of the system in the reconstruction of Sartpooleh neighborhood. Finally, due to the high score of direct and indirect impact of factors, 18 main factors were identified as key drivers in the future of the reconstruction of Sartpuleh neighborhood with an emphasis on providing sustainable housing. Among the drivers, the variables of economic and financial sector had the greatest impact on housing in the field of regeneration of Sartpooleh neighborhood.

Today, big cities are first-time immigrants rather than immigrants due to various pressures and inflation due to population, economy, pollution, etc. Although the ownership of second rural houses is considered in the form of reverse migration with seasonal restrictions, but it is considered in the form of social decentralization and urban migration. Second homes as a social phenomenon in the last one or two decades are considered as a kind of continuation of urban life in rural areas, while the spread and prevalence of this phenomenon can be an effective solution for the revitalization of rural areas. This geographical-demographic mobility and urban-rural interaction has resulted in the formation of another wave of migration outside the cities and the creation of second homes in temperate villages near major cities, including Arak. In this study, we have used theories of urban-rural relations and lifestyle. In terms of method, a mixed method template has been used and the qualitative method is the basis of the work and the quantitative method has been used next to it. The statistical population is the central part of Delfard region of Kerman province, including 137 villages that 21 villages were evaluated as a sample. The wave of seasonal reverse migration is more widespread in central Dalfard villages. Young and middle-aged owners often live in Jiroft and Kerman and use every opportunity to use their homes, while Kerman and Bandar Abbas residents are often over 60 years old and often come for occasions. All the owners had a family relationship with the residents. The owners of the second rural houses can be divided into three categories of graduates, identity seekers and status seekers with special characteristics based on their lifestyles, type and priority of motives, conditions and underlying factors. He divided himself, which we briefly called understanding.
