fa ارائه الگو آینده‌نگار طراحی پایانه‌های هوایی شهری با تکیه بر فناوری‌های نوظهور در حمل‌ونقل عمودی در شهر تهران Providing foresight design model based on emerging technologies in vertical transportation in Tehran city آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research تهران به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین کلان‌شهر کشور، با رشد فزاینده جمعیت، تراکم بالای ترافیک و آلودگی شدید هوا مواجه است؛ شرایطی که بیانگر ناتوانی شبکه‌های حمل‌ونقل سنتی در پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای آینده کاربران در فضاهای شهری است. در چنین بستری، ایجاد پایانه‌های حمل و نقل هوایی شهری مبتنی بر فناوری‌های نوین حمل‌ونقل عمودی به ضرورتی غیرقابل اجتناب تبدیل شده است. با این وجود، فقدان الگوی جامع برای طراحی پایانه‌های هوایی که ضمن انطباق با تحولات فناورانه آتی، الزامات زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی را نیز تأمین کند، یکی از چالش‌های اصلی معماران و برنامه‌ریزان شهری محسوب می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف ارائه راهکارهای طراحی پایانه هوایی شهری، به شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شاخص‌های مؤثر بر طراحی این پایانه‌ها در شهر تهران می‌پردازد. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل معماران، اساتید دانشگاه و پژوهشگران حوزه طراحی معماری پایانه‌های حمل‌ونقل است که با هدف ارائه راهبردهای تخصصی انتخاب شده‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها با بهره‌گیری از آزمون تی، فریدمن، تحلیل عاملی و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهند که انعطاف‌پذیری فناورانه و سازگاری محیطی، بیشترین اهمیت را از دیدگاه خبرگان دارد؛ شاخص‌هایی نظیر پیش‌بینی اثرات منظر شهری، انطباق با فناوری‌های پرنده و استفاده از انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر بالاترین امتیاز را کسب کرده‌اند. در مقابل، مؤلفه‌های پایداری اقتصادی و ارتقای تعامل اجتماعی شامل طراحی فضاهای اجتماع‌پذیر و مدل‌های درآمدزایی پایدار، کمترین توجه را دریافت نموده‌اند؛ امری که می‌تواند در بلندمدت تعادل میان کارایی فناورانه و رضایت عمومی را برهم زند و پایداری سامانه حمل‌ونقل هوایی شهری را با چالش مواجه سازد.   Tehran, as the largest metropolitan city of Iran, faces critical challenges including rapid population growth, severe traffic congestion, and escalating air pollution—conditions that highlight the incapacity of traditional transportation networks to meet future urban demands. Within this context, the establishment of urban air terminals based on advanced vertical transportation technologies has become an inevitable necessity. However, the absence of a comprehensive design framework that simultaneously accommodates future technological developments while addressing environmental, economic, and social requirements remains a major challenge for architects and urban planners. Adopting foresight study approach, this research aims to identify and prioritize the key components and indicators influencing the design of urban air terminals in Tehran, and to propose strategic design guidelines for their implementation. The study follows a descriptive–analytical and survey-based method. The statistical population comprises architects, university professors, and researchers specializing in the architectural design of transportation terminals, selected purposefully to provide expert insights. Data analysis was conducted using t-test, Friedman test, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results indicate that technological flexibility and environmental adaptability are considered the most critical factors by experts. Indicators such as anticipating future urban landscape impacts, compatibility with aerial mobility technologies, and the use of renewable energy sources received the highest priority scores. Conversely, the components related to economic sustainability and social interaction enhancement, including the design of community-oriented spaces and sustainable revenue models, received the least attention.
