fa شهر چابک: چشم‌اندازی نوین برای تاب‌آوری و پایداری شهرهای آینده در عصر تغییرات اقلیمی Agile City: A New Vision for the Resilience and Sustainability of Future Cities in the Era of Climate Change جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research شهر چابک به‌عنوان چشم‌اندازی نوین برای توسعه آینده شهری، با تکیه بر انعطاف‌پذیری و فناوری‌های پیشرفته، محیطی هوشمند و پایدار می‌سازد که توان سازگاری سریع با تغییرات اقلیمی را داشته باشد. این رویکرد با الهام از روش‌های نرم‌افزاری، بر ارتقای تاب‌آوری شهری در عصر تغییرات اقلیمی متمرکز است. هدف، بررسی نقش شهر چابک در شکل‌دهی به شهرهای آینده و ارائه راهکارهای عملی برای پیاده‌سازی این چشم‌انداز در بافت شهرهای ایران است. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و توسعه‌ای است و به روش توصیفی انجام شده است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه اسنادی بوده و از منابع معتبر  مرتبط با شهر چابک استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش، از تحلیل محتوای کیفی برای بررسی و تفسیر داده‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شهر چابک با بهره‌گیری از اصولی مانند انعطاف‌پذیری پویا، فناوری پیشرفته، مشارکت جمعی و پایداری سبز، می‌تواند به‌طور مؤثر به تغییرات اقلیمی پاسخ دهد. ویژگی‌هایی مانند سرعت در پاسخگویی، هوشمندی شهری، طراحی آینده‌نگر و تعادل اکولوژیک نیز به شهرها کمک می‌کنند تا با چالش‌های اقلیمی مقابله کنند. با این حال، پیاده‌سازی شهر چابک با چالش‌هایی مانند فناوری، تنگناهای مدیریتی، شکاف اجتماعی و کمبود منابع مالی روبرو است. برای پیاده‌سازی موفق، راهکارهایی مانند توسعه زیرساخت‌های فناوری، تقویت مشارکت شهروندی، مدیریت پایدار منابع، آموزش و هماهنگی بین‌نهادی ضروری است. این راهکارها نه‌تنها به کاهش اثرات تغییرات اقلیمی کمک می‌کنند، بلکه به ایجاد شهرهایی پایدار، تاب‌آور و سازگار با شرایط متغیر محیطی منجر می‌شوند. در نهایت، شهر چابک می‌تواند به عنوان راهکاری نوآورانه برای مقابله با چالش‌های اقلیمی و ایجاد آینده‌ای بهتر برای شهرها مطرح شود.   The agile city, as a new vision for future urban development, relies on flexibility and advanced technologies to create an intelligent and sustainable environment capable of rapidly adapting to climate change. Inspired by software development methodologies, this approach focuses on enhancing urban resilience in the era of climate change. The aim of this study is to examine the role of the agile city in shaping future cities and to propose practical solutions for implementing this vision within the urban contexts of Iran. In terms of purpose, the research is applied and developmental and is conducted using a descriptive method. Data were collected through documentary research, drawing on credible sources related to the agile city concept. Qualitative content analysis was employed to analyze and interpret the data. The findings indicate that by utilizing principles such as dynamic flexibility, advanced technology, collective participation, and green sustainability, the agile city can effectively respond to climate change. Characteristics such as rapid responsiveness, urban intelligence, future-oriented design, and ecological balance also help cities confront climatic challenges. However, the implementation of the agile city faces challenges including technological limitations, managerial constraints, social disparities, and a lack of financial resources. For successful implementation, strategies such as developing technological infrastructure, strengthening citizen participation, sustainable resource management, education, and inter-institutional coordination are essential. These strategies not only help mitigate the impacts of climate change but also lead to the creation of sustainable, resilient, and adaptable cities in the face of changing environmental conditions.
