fa آینده‌پژوهی پیشران‌های موثر بر درآمدهای پایدار شهری در شهرداری‌ها(مورد مطالعه: منطقه 22 کلان‌شهر تهران) جغرافیای و برنامه ریزی شهری شهری Geography and Urban Planning پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">مجموعه مدیریت شهری، در دنیای امروز بایستی به دنبال برقراری درآمدهای پایدار برای بهبود اداره محیط شهر باشد و این امر، در گام نخست با کاهش منابع مالی ناپایدار امکان‌پذیر است. بی‌تردید درآمدزایی در شهرداری، تأثیر زیادی بر خدمات‌رسانی و آسایش شهروندان همراه با کیفیت مناسب دارد. اما تمامی درآمدها، پایدار نیستند و ناپایداری در درآمدها، با توجه به عدم تناسب جمعیت، ناهمگونی فضاهای شهری و پراکنش ناموزون جمعیت، هزینه‌های شهرداری منطقه را بالا می‌برد. الگوی حاکم بر پژوهش، به لحاظ هدف، شناختی؛ از نظر روش، میدانی و اسنادی ـ تحلیلی؛ از نظر زمانی، مقطعی؛ و به لحاظ نوع داده، کمی ـ کیفی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شامل خبرگان متخصص در حوزه مدیریت شهری و اقتصاد شهری است. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه ماتریس اثرات متقابل است که به عنوان پیشران‌ها، در اختیار متخصصان قرار داده شده است. نرم‌افزارهای میک‌مک و سناریوویزارد به ترتیب برای تعیین عوامل کلیدی و سناریوهای مطلوب، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند. روایی پرسشنامه با ارزشیابی توسط اساتید دانشگاه، مورد تأیید قرار گرفته و پایایی آن نیز براساس شاخص‌ها و با دو مرحله چرخش داده‌ها، از مطلوبیت تام برخوردار است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد پنج شاخص 1) اقتصاد سبز، 2) گردشگری شهری، 3) سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، 4) بهینه‌سازی در حوزه فناوری و 5) توسعه فضاها و صنایع فرهنگی، عوامل کلیدی بوده و از میان آنها نیز، عوامل 2، 3 و 5 از بالاترین سازگاری در درآمدزایی پایدار برای شهرداری منطقه 22 برخوردار هستند. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In today&#39;s world, the urban management set of series should seek to establish sustainable incomes to improve the administration of the city environment, and this is possible in the first step by reducing unsustainable financial resources. Undoubtedly, creating income in the municipality has a great impact on providing services and comfort to citizens along with proper quality. But all the incomes are not sustainable and the unsustainability in the incomes increases the municipal costs of the region due to the disproportion of the population, the heterogeneity of the urban spaces and the uneven distribution of the population. The governing model of research is &ldquo;cognitive&rdquo; in terms of goal, &ldquo;field and documentary-analytical&rdquo; in terms of method, &ldquo;temporary&rdquo; in terms of time, and &ldquo;quantitative-qualitative&rdquo; in terms of data type. The statistical population of the research includes experts in the field of urban management and urban economy. The research tool is the Cross Impact Analysis questionnaire, which has been given to experts as drivers. Micmac and Scenario Wizard softwares have been used to determine key factors and desired scenarios, respectively. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by evaluating it through university professors, and its reliability is completely utility based on the indicators and with two stages of data rotation.
