fa تدوین سناریوها و استراتژی های توسعه روستایی کشور در افق 1414 با رویکرد آینده پژوهی Developing the country's rural development scenarios and strategies on Horizon 1414 with a future research approach آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:">مناطق روستایی ایران در زمان حساس از روند تحول و توسعه روستایی-شهری خود قرار دارند . برای رشد و توسعه آینده مناطق روستایی کشور و تقویت چشمانداز اجتماعی و اقتصادی سریع روستایی، تغییرپذیری روستاهای ایران امری ضروری و لازم است که باید مورد توجه مسئولین و تمام بازیگران و دینفعان توسعه روستایی کشور قرار گیرد. به همین دلیل برای توسعه بیشتر روستاهای کشور لازم است محرکها و استراتژیهای آینده توسعه روستایی را تدوین نمود. هدف این پژوهش نیز تدوین و ارائه محرکها و استراتژیهای آینده توسعه روستایی در افق 1414 با رویکرد آینده پژوهی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش ترکیبی(کمی و کیفی) است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان دانشگاهی و مدیران مرتبط با فرایند روستایی در سطح کشور بوده است. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری غیراحتمالی و  به صوت هدفمند 20 نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری دادهها و اطلاعات، با توجه به مدلها و هدف تحقیق از پرسشنامه تاثیرات متقابل آیندهپژوهی و مصاحبه استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و اطلاعات از مدل ساختاری و نرمافزار میکمک استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش گویای آن بود که بهبود ظرفیت مقامات محلی برای رفع نیازهای جمعیت رو به افزایش روستایی، هماهنگی سیاستهای روستایی و شهری و همسو کردن زمینههای اصلاح استراتژیها، مدرن سازی مناطق روستایی با استفاده از روستاهای هوشمند، تامین اعتبارات و سیستمهای بانکی در مناطق روستایی/ خدمات اعتباری و مالی، تکامل و بهبود بهرهوری از همه عناصر تشکیل دهنده زنجیره ارزش کشاورزی و نهایتا افزایش آموزش فراگیر روستایی و مداخله آنها در سرمایه گذاری و برنامه ریزی روستایی مهمترین سناریوها و استراتژیهای توسعه روستایی در ایران هستند. بیان استراتژیها و و کاربرد آنها میتواند زمینهای برای اصلاح سیاستها و استراتژیهای تقویت و توسعه چشمانداز روستایی کشور و راهنمایی برای تعیین مسیر آینده مناطق روستایی کشور باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Rural areas of Iran are in critical times through their rural-urban development process.
