fa تأملی بر فرآیند آینده نگاری راهبردی در برنامه ریزی شهری آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="">در دنیای آشوبناک امروز، هر لحظه با مجموعه ای از عدم قطعیت ها روبرو هستیم که می&shy;توانند شهرها را تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. بدین منظور باید از رویکردهای سنتی در برنامه ریزی شهری فاصله گرفت و به ابزارها و نگاه های نوین توسل جست. در این میان آینده نگاری راهبردی که با تلفیق دو حوزه آینده نگاری و برنامه ریزی راهبردی </span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">ب</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" mitra="">دست آمده، می&shy;تواند گره&shy;گشای مسائل برنامه ریزی شهری باشد. یکی از چالش&shy;های پیش روی این حوزه، نبود فرآیند مشخص آینده نگاری راهبردی&shy;شهری می باشد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ &laquo;تبیین فرآیند آینده نگاری راهبردی شهری&raquo; است. در این مسیر با اتخاذ رویکردی کیفی و بهره گیری از روش فراترکیب تلاش شده است تا مدل فرآیندی آینده نگاری راهبردی شهری تدوین گردد. برای این امر با جستجوی پایگاه اطلاعاتی معتبر، 97 مقاله در حوزه مذکور شناسایی گردید. در مرحله بعد با استفاده از روش کسپ، مقالات مذکور غربال و در نهایت25 مقاله انتخاب شد. سپس مقالات مذکور در سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. جهت کدگذاری از نرم افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">Maxqda2020</span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra=""> بهره گرفته شده است. بطور کلی 225 کد باز از مقالات منتخب بدست آمده و بر مبنای آن کدگذاری محوری و گزینشی انجام گردید. در مجموع 10 مفهوم و 3 مقوله شناسایی و در انتها نیز مدل عمومی فرآیند آینده نگاری راهبردی شهری تدوین گردید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In today&#39;s chaotic world, every moment we face a series of uncertainties that can affect cities. For this purpose, one should distance himself from the traditional approaches in urban planning and resort to new tools and perspectives. In the meantime, strategic foresight obtained by combining the two areas of foresight and strategic planning can solve urban planning issues. One of the challenges facing this field is the lack of a specific process of strategic urban foresight. Therefore, the purpose of the current research; &quot;Explaining the process of urban strategic foresight&quot;. In this direction, by adopting a qualitative approach and using the meta-composite method, an attempt has been made to formulate a process model of urban strategic foresight. For this purpose, 97 articles in the mentioned field were identified by searching the reliable database. In the next step, using the Casp method, the aforementioned articles were screened and finally 25 articles were selected. Then the mentioned articles have been examined and analyzed in three stages of open, central and selective coding. Mxqda2020 software is used for coding. In general, 225 open codes were obtained from the selected articles. In the next step, using the instant Delphi method, the opinions of 15 faculty members with expertise in urban planning were obtained, and based on that, central and selective coding was done.
