fa تبیین پیشران های طراحی فضای زیرین پل های شهری با رویکرد پایداری اجتماعی و پویایی فضایی(مورد پژوهی: فضای زیر پل رو گذر خواجه رشید همدان) آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">این پژوهش با هدف تبیین پیشران های زیر پل های شهری با رویکرد پایداری اجتماعی و پویایی فضایی در آینده شهر انجام شده است، تا&nbsp; بتوان چارچوبی جهت طراحی بهینه و مطابق با پایداری اجتماعی و سرزندگی و پویایی این فضاها تبیین کرد. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت توصیفی و تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی است که با تکنیک پیمایشی انجام شده است. گردآوری داده‌ها با روش اسنادی و میدانی انجام شده است. نرم افزارهای مورد استفاده در این تحقیق </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra=""> و </span></span><span dir="LTR">Lisrel</span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra=""> می باشند. اعتبار سنجی شاخص&shy;های تحقیق از طریق روش دلفی(تعداد 10 متخصص) و روش آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. برای تبیین شاخص ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون </span></span><span dir="LTR">T</span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra=""> تک نمونه‌ای، رگرسیون چند متغیره، مدل اندازه گیری تحلیل عاملی و برای بررسی نرمال بودن داده&shy;ها از آزمون کولوموگروف-اسمرینوف استفاده‌ شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، شهروندان شهر همدان در اطراف محدوده پل روگذر خواجه رشید، به تعداد 250 نمونه می‌باشند. سنجش شاخص‌های تحقیق با طیف لیکرت و با میانگین مفروض 3 و تعداد 5 معیار(عملکردی، پایداری اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، بصری، کالبدی ادراکی) و 24 شاخص صورت گرفت. میانگین کل شاخص‌ها برابر با 2.95 می‌باشد که از میانگین مفروض(3) پایین تر است. با استفاده از ضریب بتا بیشترین پیوند رگرسیون بین معیار پایداری اجتماعی و طراحی زیر پل های شهری (</span></span><span dir="LTR">r=</span><span dir="LTR"><span new="" roman="" times="">0.784</span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">)</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span b="" mitra="">است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد &nbsp;43 درصد(واریانس (0.43)) از پویایی و پایدارای اجتماعی زیر پل های شهری، تحت تأثیر متغیرهای (عملکردی، پایداری اجتماعی، زیست محیطی، بصری، کالبدی ادراکی) است که نشان می‌دهد تناسب و مطلوبیت بالایی داشته و از قدرت تبیین و پیش‌بینی لازم در موضوع پژوهش برخوردار است.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">This study aims to explain the propulsions&nbsp; for designing the underground area of urban bridges with the approach of social sustainability and spatial dynamics to achieve a framework for optimal design following social sustainability and the vitality and dynamism of these spaces. The research method is applied based on the purpose and is descriptive and analytical, and the plan is based on correlation, which is done with a survey technique. Data collection was done by documentary and field methods, and the software used in this research were SPSS and Lisrel. Research indicators were validated using Delphi (10 experts) and Cronbach&#39;s alpha. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to explain the arrows, and a one-sample t-test, multivariate regression, and factor analysis measurement model were used to analyze the data. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data. The statistical population of the study, consisting of citizens of Hamedan around the Khajeh Rashid overpass bridge, is 250 samples. The research indicators were assessed using the Likert scale with a hypothetical average of 3 and 5 criteria (including functional, social, environmental, visual, physical, and perceptual) and 24 indicators. The standard of all hands is 2.95, which is lower than the assumed average (3). Using the beta coefficient, the highest regression was obtained between the criterion of social sustainability and the design of the underground space of urban bridges (r = 0.784).
