Data collection is through a questionnaire with 6 indicators (communication technology, social capital, efficiency and effectiveness, vitality, quality of life, urban diversity) and 35 items. It was based on the responses of the residents of Bandar Mahshahr. The statistical population was equal to 167,532 and the sample size was 382 people. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and statistical tests (T-TEST), analysis of variance (An ova) after LSD experience and WASPAS rating model were performed. </span><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"><span style="background:white"><span lang="EN"><span new="" roman="" times="">The results of the test in the shown sample are the average obtained from the whole creative city index in Mahshahr port, which indicates the unfavorable situation of the creative city indicators (2/60). According to the analysis of variance test, there is a significant difference between the 5 regions of Bandar Mahshahr in terms of the indicators of the creative city. In such a way that the highest average difference among the Mahshahr port areas is related to the quality of life index and the lowest average difference is related to the communication technology index.<span style="color:#202124"> Between Mahshahr Port regions in terms of creative city indicators, region 3 with a score of (0.48251415) ranks first, region 2 with a score of (0.42132123) ranks second and regions 1, 4, 5 respectively with scores of (0.41542123), (0/16160800), (0/15994421) are in the next ranks. Therefore, the neighborhoods number 1 and 2 located in the 3rd area of ​​Koch are mainly the residences of industry and petrochemical workers simply because of the facilities and privileges provided by the industry sector on the one hand and the special attention of the city managers of Bandar Mahshahr neighborhoods have a more favorable position in the indicators of the creative city. on the other hand.
