fa شناسایی پیشران‌های حیاتی مؤثر در گردشگری شهری با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی و تدوین مطلوب‌ترین سناریو (مطالعۀ موردی: شهرستان فردوس) آینده پژوهی Futurology پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">هدف</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">: صنعت گردشگری یکی از صنایع خدماتی مهم در جهان محسوب می‌شود که همواره عاملی در جهت پیشرفت تمام کشورهای دنیا بوده است. با توجه به اینکه شناخت ظرفیت‌های خاص هر منطقه و شهر می‌تواند نقش مهمی در بهبود برنامه‌ریزی‌های آتی و رونق اقتصاد محلی داشته باشد، هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت مهم‌ترین پیشران‌های تأثیرگذار در آیندۀ گردشگری شهرستان فردوس و تدوین مناسب‌ترین سناریوها برای طراحی عملی‌ترین برنامه‌ریزی‌هاست. </span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">روش</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ نوع کاربردی، از نظر هدف توصیفی- تحلیلی و از حیث روش ترکیبی از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و پیمایشی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است. نمونه‌برداری به صورت کیفی و با مصاحبه از 30 نفر از متخصصان حوزۀ گردشگری انجام گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل و نرم افزار سناریو ویزارد استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">: با توجه به نتایج از بین 46 پیشران پژوهش، 9 پیشران تورهای تخصصی آب‌گرم معدنی، زیرساخت‌های نرم، تبلیغات گردشگری، نیروی انسانی متخصص، اماکن اقامتی برای تمامی سلیقه‌ها و هزینه‌ها، قوانین و مقررات گردشگری، زیرساخت‌های اسکان، بیمۀ گردشگری و پیشران توان طبیعی بیش‌ترین تأثیر را در آیندۀ گردشگری شهرستان فردوس دارند. همچنین با استفاده از نرم‌افزار سناریوویزارد 4 سناریوی قوی استخراج شد که در این بین سناریوی 2 مطلوب‌ترین سناریو شناخته شد. همچنین 2 سناریو وضعیت نسبتاً مطلوب و یک سناریو نیز وضعیت بحرانی برای آیندۀ گردشگری شهرستان داشتند.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">: با توجه به نتایج سناریوها، به‌منظور برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری صحیح در حوزه گردشگری شهرستان، توجه به نیروهای متخصص بومی، قابلیت‌های طبیعی با محوریت چشمه‌های آب‌گرم و نقش آن در رونق گردشگری سلامت، توجه به میراث فرهنگی و تاریخی و ظرفیت‌های گردشگری بیابان، استفاده از ظرفیت فضای مجازی و برنامه‌ریزی ساختاری در استفاده از توان بخش خصوصی در اولویت است.</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Badr""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Objective:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> The tourism industry is widely regarded as one of the most crucial service sectors globally due to its significant impact on the development of countries. This research aims to identify the key factors that will impact the future of tourism in Ferdous city and create practical plans based on the specific abilities and strengths of each region and city.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Method:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"> This study is categorized as an applied research with a descriptive-analytical purpose. It utilizes a combination of library and survey methods, and adopts a future research approach. The researchers conducted qualitative sampling by interviewing 30 experts in the tourism industry. The data was analyzed using the cross-impact analysis method and ScenarioWizard software.</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:427.8pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:9.0pt">Results:</span></b><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> The study identified 46 drivers and found that 9 of them, namely, specialized hot mineral water tours, soft infrastructure, tourism advertising, expert manpower, accommodation for all tastes and costs, tourism rules and regulations, accommodation infrastructure, tourism insurance, and natural power drivers, had significant impact on the future of tourism in Ferdous city. In addition, the above-mentioned scenario was used to extract four distinct scenarios. Out of these scenarios, the second one was identified as the most favorable.
