The housing category is one of the leading sectors in any economy, and in addition to its profound social and cultural implications, it is also economically important to act as an engine of growth and development. This sector, by creating economic growth and creating jobs in the construction sector and related sectors, will greatly affect changes in GDP and economic fluctuations through its impact on consumer spending and investment. In this regard, housing cooperatives are also considered as components of social policies and in some industrialized countries have been successful in improving and improving the housing situation, but in developing countries, cooperatives play a role. They do not play an important role in the housing sector. In this regard, this research has been conducted with the aim of recognizing the possible and desirable futures for housing demand through employee and labor housing cooperatives in Sanandaj. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-exploratory in terms of type. Data and data collection were performed using environmental monitoring and Delphi techniques, and sampling was unlikely and purposeful. Finally, two key uncertainties were identified and, as a matrix, four scenarios (cooperative paradise scenario, opportunistic scenario, sluggish market scenario, half-burner scenario scenario) for the housing demand situation through Sanandaj Employees Employees and Workers Housing Cooperatives In the future, almost ten years is conceivable.
