An emerging disease epidemic will affect the structure, planning, architecture, development, social behavior, economic activity, and management of cities and the world, and the persistence of coronary heart disease will have its own changes. Fundamental change in human biology will be effective in various dimensions, especially biological habitats and physical spaces, according to the history of infectious diseases in the world, especially cholera, plague, SARS, Ebola ... and theories such as space distribution. Thortsen Hogstrand and the Theory of Complexity and Chaos: Urban Systems; It is important to review the current situation considering the level of spread and spread of COVID-19 virus and its various effects on the biological geography of the country. In the present paper, based on conventional theories of medical geography and spatial effects of disease spread, as well as physical / structural physical effects in urban spaces and damages, and explaining futuristic approaches to analyzing the structure of urban structure and corona virus in Zabol and Assaluyeh The territorial geography of the country has been studied, which is the basis for examining borderline, industrialization, differences in migration, and the type of urban activities. In the end, while presenting analytical results to present different management approaches, especially community-based management approach to overcome the crisis and development behavior and activities (city and electronic and intelligent citizen) and management in the continuation of corona crisis management in society.
