The aim of the present research is creating tourist security in the tourist spot and tourism development using smart security wristband. The statistical population of the present research is the tourists of the port of Shanghai. The sampling method of this paper is simply random and via rmula. The sample size is 300 people. In data collection, the researcher has used all the questions of the survey that are in the form of Liker Scale. In this paper, the structural equation model is used for data analysis. The content-determine the validity of the survey, which equals 0.91. The statistical software of LISREL has been used in analyzing data, testing hypotheses and other analyses of this research. Results showed that between using technology (security wristband) and the presence of tourist police is effective in the development of tourism. On the other hand, security will bring improved tourism facilities and services and as one of the foundations of tourism, facility and service have an impact on the development of tourism.
