Analyzing the development process and identifying creative drivers for community empowerment and local resources for geotourism management is necessary and necessary. Therefore, the purpose of the current research is to research the creative drivers of local management of geotourism and geosites in Lorestan province as the capital of geotourism in the country. In terms of purpose, the present research is a part of applied research and in terms of the method, it is conducted in a mixed (quantitative and qualitative) manner. The statistical population of the research included experts including managers of local tourism camps, government managers, professors of provincial universities and researchers and researchers of tourism and geotourism in Lorestan province. Using non-probability sampling method, 30 experts were selected. To collect data and information, the questionnaire of mutual effects of future research was used. Structural model and Micmac software were used for data analysis. The results of the research showed that the management of tourist and geotourism villages (36+), characterizing human resources according to the demands of the tourists' culture (36+), teaching innovative methods to guide geoparks (30+), introducing advantages Competitiveness and economic value of geotourism (19+), collaborative management to increase local active role in geotourism (18+), recognition and interpretation of the needs, scientific, educational and touristic interests of tourists (14+), advertising and marketing of innovative products and products local (13+), participation of government stakeholders, business owners and non-governmental organizations (12+), financial management, regional assets and geotourism potentials (11+) and tourism business management for the growth and development of geoparks. (11+) are the most important key and final creative drivers of local geotourism management in Lorestan province. In line with the research, suggestions were given for the current research and future research. The enlightenment of this research, unlike previous studies, was the identification of drivers of geotourism management and geosites from the perspective of local creative drivers.
